Training for a 5K, 10K, 1/2 or full marathon? Join our spring training group! Participants will receive a personalized training program, 2 groups meetings per week and a technical tee. No class 5/6-10

Speed Work Only
Runners may attend any 1 or 2 of our scheduled workouts per week. Program does not include a comprehensive training program.
This program is designed to help girls ages 11-16 get fit and feel great. We will learn some basics of running and develop a training base that will set these girls on course to be active for a lifetime. Participants should have an interest in developing running skills, but otherwise no experience is required!
